Twelve 30-minute ZOOM calls spread over 3 months, so we would have one weekly call for a total of 12 weeks.
This package will raise baseline energy and mental clarity while lowering body weight set point (to prevent weight rebound and yo yo dieting) and speeding up the metabolism.
